RETURNS POLICY

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be damaged or faulty and you must advise us within 7 days. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund after 7 days.
Please do not send your purchase back to us – photos of the damaged product must be emailed to: hello@hermamay.co.uk
We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 working days.
